Rotary Beef and Coral Auction Still Open | New

The 16th Annual Elk Grove Rotary Club Bash and Reef Bash may be over, but the auction continues.

“This event is our club’s primary source of working capital for the year, and the proceeds collected allow the Rotary Club of Elk Grove to fund various community and international service projects,” said club president Maryl Lee. . “Over the past 16 years, this event has raised nearly $ 900,000 for various community and international projects and causes.

About 1,000 dinners were sold for last Saturday’s Beef and Reef fundraiser. Many have taken their meals (tri-tip, shrimp, mashed potatoes, salad, rolls and fruit cobbler) to be enjoyed at home. Several others dined under the stars at the Lent Ranch Barn, listening to music and bidding on delicious desserts. In addition, Rotary-style dinners were offered to those in need throughout our community. A delicious time was spent by all.

But there is still time to take action. Our Silent Auction is online, but we have to hurry since it will close on October 2 at noon.

Some of the live auction packages include a six-night stay at an all-suite resort just minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, four nights at a beautiful home in South Lake Tahoe, golf packages , electronics, artwork and more.

Thank you once again for your support of the Rotary Club of Elk Grove and our community. We look forward to continuing our mission of service both locally and globally.
